APPLE PIE SMOOTHIE BOWL:
Try out an apple pie smoothie bowl for fall! It tastes like apple pie. What you’ll need: ½ cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt, 2/3 cup apple sauce unsweetened, ¼ cup rolled oats, 1 small frozen banana, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ cup almond milk unsweetened, and a handful of fresh spinach or kale (optional). Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Add toppings, like granola!
MATCHA GREEN TEA SMOOTHIE BOWL:
If you love Matcha green tea, we have the perfect smoothie bowl for you! What you’ll need: 1 large banana (frozen if possible), 4 medium strawberries (frozen), ½ cup Greek yogurt, 1-2 dates (or sweetener of your choice, like honey or maple syrup), 1 cup spinach, 1 kiwi (optional), 1 tbsp almond butter, ¼ cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk), 1 tsp Matcha powder. Place all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add toppings like strawberries, bananas, coco nibs, chia seeds, and shredded coconut.
BANANA SPLIT VEGAN SMOOTHIE BOWL:
This smoothie bowl recipe is for the banana split lovers out there. What you’ll need: 2 frozen bananas (roughly chopped), ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ½ cup strawberries (sliced), 2 tbsp roasted peanuts (roughly chopped), 2 tbsp vegan chocolate (roughly chopped), sprinkles (optional). Blend the bananas and almond milk until thick and creamy. Divide the smoothie between two bowls and top with sliced strawberries, roasted peanuts, chocolate and sprinkles. Enjoy!
