We offer free FedEx ground shipping which arrives in 1-5 business days. We also offer FedEx 2 Day shipping for $25 which arrives in 2 business days and FedEx Priority Overnight for $45 which arrives in 1 business day.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Helen Ficalora jewelry is made out of real solid 14K gold. It is important to clean and take care of your gold pieces. To clean gold jewelry, use a solution of warm water and detergent-free unscented soap with a soft non abrasive brush. Repeated and prolonged exposure to chemical products can harm gold jewelry. We recommend customers to remove jewelry when gardening or using cleaning products to reduce damage. When you are not using your jewelry, always store your gold pieces in soft cloth bags, or the original box to help prevent scratches.

Helen Ficalora’s jewelry is made in New York. Every piece is made out of solid 14k gold, 18k gold, or solid sterling silver. Every diamond and gemstone is 100% real and natural. Helen Ficalora does not use any plating or imitation materials.
