This recipe is  perfect for those who want a healthier version of french fries. 
4 Zucchini cut in quarters lengthwise
½ teaspoon grated Parmesan
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Coat a cooling rack with nonstick spray and place on a baking sheet. Set this aside for later! Now in a small bowl, combine all of your dry ingredients: Parmesan, thyme, oregano, basil, garlic powder and salt and paper. Now put the zucchini onto the baking sheet you prepared before. Drizzle the zucchini with olive oil and then sprinkle with dry mixture. Place into the oven for at least 15 minutes or until golden brown.
