HOW TO WAKE UP IN THE MORNING

It is always hard to wake up in the morning. We have gotten some tips together to help make waking up a bit easier.
How To Wake Up In The Morning:
Put your alarm far away from you so you have to get up and turn it off.
Wake up to a calming alarm so you wake up relaxed instead of anxious.
Set a schedule, try going to bed at the same time every night. Even on the weekends.
Once you are up, wash your face.
Have something to look forward to. Maybe you have an outfit you are dying to wear, a breakfast you're excited to eat, etc.
