POST-THANKSGIVING DETOX AND CLEANSE
 
We all leave Thanksgiving feeling guilty about the amount of food we were able to consume, yet pleased with the fact that we were able to eat not one, not two, but three pieces of pie and still plan on going back for a late night snack. However, the day after we feel it all kick in. Try some of these detoxes and cleanses to maybe not feel quite as guilty (and then gobble one more piece of pie because, well, how could you not?), and get a good work out in too!
