 Instructions: 

Take a big bowl and add cold water to it. Next take the nail polish color of your choosing and drip it into the water. Now quickly take a toothpick and start swirling it around to the pattern you want. Take your mug and dip it into the water over the nail polish and it will stick. Leave it out to try and you are done!
