Once the weekend rolls around, all we want to do is relax and unwind. Here are some tips on how to have a relaxing weekend at home!
 Read A Book: Find a nice cozy place to read and unwind.
 Baking: Try out that recipe you always had your eye on from pinterest.
 Take a Bath: Take some me time. Light some candles, add some bath salts and some calming music.
 Go Outside: If it is a nice day out, take a breath of fresh air! Really! Go outside!
 Exercise: Yoga is known to be one of the most calming exercises. Try out some of the poses and see how you feel.
