DIP DYE CANDLE
Ready for a blast from the past? Dig in to your old craft supplies and look for some of your favorite colored crayons, it’s time to personalize some of those boring white candles on your dining room table. All you need for these fun dip dyed candles are crayons of your choice, white candles, a knife and a double boiler. Peel the paper off your crayons and break apart and slice until you have shavings. Then, heat water to a boil and place a tin can or coffee can if you don’t have a double boiler. Place the crayon shavings in the tin can, they will begin to melt immediately, once the crayons are liquid remove the tin can. Quickly dip the candle in the can as far as you would like color to show. Place the candle in a safe place to dry and voila! Enjoy your masterpiece.
