What sounds more refreshing and delicious on the these hot summer days than a lemonade beer!? Try adding raspberries or mint to make this recipe even more fun!
What you need: 1 cup of sugar, 3 cups of water, four 3-inch stripes lemon zest, 1 cup fresh lemon juice, chilled beer, such as a pale ale
What to do: In a small saucepan bring sugar and 1 cup of water to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved, and stir in zest. Cool sugar syrup to room temperature. Then, transfer the syrup to a small pitcher and stir in remaining 2 cups of water and lemon juice. Chill lemonade until cold. Finally, pour 1/4 cup of lemonade into each of the 4 chilled beer glasses and top off with beer.
