PARTY POPPER
Party poppers are a fun way to make any occasion more exciting! No need for a trip to the store to buy some before your next event. Making your own party poppers is easy to do and will leave you with a more unique and creative final product.
What You Need: colorful tissue paper, toilet paper roll, confetti, ribbon, tape, and scissors
What To Do: Cut the toilet paper roll in half. Wrap the tissue paper around the roll, and tape it. Then tie one end with ribbon. Stuff confetti into the open end until the roll is full. Then tie the opposite end with ribbon. Enjoy!
