I bought a beautiful Small Heart Disk Charm With Diamond for my goddaughter's 16th birthday to put on the charm bracelet I have had for her since a baby -- a new charm every year! I was worried it might not get there on time because I was a little late in action, but not only did it come in time but they called and emailed me to make sure that the package could be left on my porch, if it would be safe there. When we emailed about that, I said I was concerned about it arriving on time, and she assured me she thought it would be fine. It not only was well in time, but it was beautifully packaged and the charm was lovelier than I even found in the (quite beautiful) picture. I am excited to buy more charms from Helen Ficalora in the future!
