Dear Helen, First of all, I LOVED that someone (you!) even thought to MAKE an OM charm! (even though it IS the thing that could represent even more than one world religion, but I had actively been looking for one and when I reached your site, I thought "Mmm.Look what THIS lady is doing! I wonder if she thought to make an OM symbol too! I kept looking on the site and could hardly believe that I was actually seeing one there! It is beautiful and I wanted one in sterling sliver as well (just like the cross!) SO happy you made these and that it's not just silver plated or pewter or something! That is what I did not want! The thing is I WANTED one in sterling sliver! Something that had been made with more care and thought to honor it and do it justice. (Plus you even give people a choice of the 3 kinds of gold, AND silver.. Something for everyone!). It just kept me smiling as I looked at all the things you made for charms .. and all are so elegant! Your charms ..everything on you site is elegant! ........ I just wished ONE thing though, I wished that it wasn't quite as beautiful on the 'ornate' side. .. but ONLY because I don't think many people will be able to recognize what it is, I was wishing it was just a tiny bit more simple so that it could be seen clearly that it was an Om symbol, I am purposely wearing it together with the sterling silver cross. They go together and I wanted to make that point in wearing them together. I don't want to say ANYthing near a "criticism"!! Because I was just thrilled, SO surprised, to find it and to receive it! Your making it was an answer to a little prayer I had made! It really does mean that much to me. Then I went on to look at the rest of your site. I just love EVERYthing you do! So many things..delicate, simple, understated,.. I think we share the same taste!! And I think it must appeal to many others too when they find your creations. I have wondered for years and years why there wasn't something ever to be seen in certain jewelry stores just like I see on your site. I think was just waiting .. you are able to do the creating and the making and no one else could, Such talent and skill .. all of your own.. I am so happy you have shared with the outside world.. and that includes someone like me. (I love your sterling silver & diamond dogwood ring by the way!) My mother and I used to wrap special things at Christmas time in tiny little boxes with tiny little bows. Your beautiful boxes with the drawers are gifts just in themselves! They too were/are such a delight!! You really do bring JOY into the world (!) because you created a little explosion of it when we received the first Larger pink box that THEY came in! Love how it opens. So you send me/us here many gifts at ONE time! I want to apologize too right now to tell you that I never found the the most thoughtful and considerate voicemail from your store asking it each charm should be wrapped separately or together. So whomever called, evidently, very kindly wrapped each charm separately! I feel I want to reciprocate with a gift to you and yours at the store as well! I just don't know what it could be except to speak of your store whenever I have an appropriate chance. In the meantime an extra box was received and even was the reason for the larger one as well. So I will have something from you to pass along as well. I appreciate your ART Helen and so must many others obviously!!. (I should have written you a personal letter. ..If only I'd been thinking!
