I bought a tennis raquet charm and a fine chain for our 13 year old tennis loving granddaughter . She loved it! It’s was a nice birthday surprise. I requested they please put charm on chain and they did.

After I ordered this, someone who worked there called me and let me know they didn’t have any more in stock. I explained to her that I purchased it for Valentine’s Day, and she let me know she would do her best to get it to me in time. She didn’t forget, and two days before Valentine’s Day she called me again and let me know they got it in, and she was going to rush the shipping to get it to me in time. It came on Valentine’s Day, and my girlfriend loves it, she hasn’t taken it off. I really appreciate how above and beyond they went.
