Shipping Options & Rates

We are pleased to offer shipping to our customers with the following rates applying to addresses within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: Free
• Expedited Shipping: $14.00

Please note that free shipping is only available within the contiguous United States. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada, and all other international addresses.

Processing & Delivery Times

We ship packages Monday through Saturday. Our daily shipping cutoff time is 3:00 PM Central Time.

Please be aware that shipping transit times do not include processing time. While we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible, it can take up to two weeks for an order to be processed and shipped, depending on the specific item and the date and time it was purchased.

PO Boxes & Signature Requirements

For security and reliable delivery, we do not ship orders to Post Office (PO) Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address at checkout.

A signature upon delivery will not be required unless it is specifically requested by the customer at the time of purchase.

International Orders & Customs Fees

For international orders, product prices and shipping/handling costs do not include import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These fees are assessed by the destination country and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

All customs duties and import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to finalizing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges Shipping

If you are returning an item purchased online or in-store, the customer is responsible for all return shipping, handling, and delivery fees. However, free outbound shipping is provided for eligible exchanges within the United States.

All returns and exchanges must be mailed directly to our Chicago location.
