Currently craving something cold, creamy and delicious but don’t want to feel that 500-calorie ice cream guilt which almost immediately follows your tasty cone? Try this easy recipe for a deliciously satisfying berry smoothie.

1 Banana

½ Cup of Fresh Blackberries

1 Cup of Fresh Raspberries

6 Oz of Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

1 Tablespoon of Honey

4 Ice Cubes

 

Blend to desired thickness.
